Shirley Watson

On Friday, June 12, at the age of 76, Shirley Evon Watson entered eternal rest.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred Miller Sr and Islene Miller; and her brother Walter "Bootsie" Heiskill.

She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend.

Her passion, besides her family and friends, included reading, listening to R&B Classics, Oldies but Goodies, and Smooth Jazz; as well as dancing.

She will always be remembered as a loving, compassionate woman.

Shirley leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 56 years, Franklin "Frankie" D Watson; her children, Angela M Moore, Tishona R Watson, and Shayla E Watson; her son in law Jeffery P Moore; her beloved grandchildren, Eric, Tanesha, Trevon, Jaelyn and Avery; and her siblings;

Alfred Miller Jr (Rena), Janice Robinson, Jo McKnight, Timothy Miller, Pamela Blowe, and Michael Miller.

She also leaves behind four precious great-grandchildren as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who loved and respected her deeply.
